Tai Po Waterfront Park (Chinese: 大埔海濱公園) is a park in Tai Po in the New Territories of Hong Kong. It is located along the Tolo Harbour, and its western end is at the northern part of the mouth of the Lam Tsuen River. It occupies an area of 22 hectares (54 acres), and is the largest park managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. The Park opened in 1994 at a cost of $210-million, but was not completed until 1997 with the creation of the Tai Po Lookout Tower. To visit Tai Po Waterfront Park and get the most from your holiday in Hong Kong, create itinerary details personal to you using our Hong Kong route app.

Was staying in the area and went for a wander here. It's a really nice park, super clean, got a lookout tower, free wifi in certain areas. I'd say if you are staying nearby to pop along for a walk..... more »
A peaceful getaway from the bustling city! Enjoy a serene view of the waterfront while cycling along the shoreline! The park boasts a lot of to-do action - cycling, rickshaw, boat pool, kite flying, or just plain picnics or sunbathing! Bring your own food and drinks to save a few dollars, and check the weather before you go!
A belt shape park located at the sea shore of Tai Po. You can ride a bike or fly a kite, you can also buy a drink at the only canteen there and relax for an hour. My only complaint is that it does not have a car park. You park illegally along a not-busy street. Overall it ranks high for its scenery.
