  • BEST HALF A DAY SPENT IN HONG KONG! Here's a rundown of the best parts of the spa. 1) View: 116th floor view from the relaxation lounge over looking Victoria Harbour and the dramatic HK island skyline. 2) Food: Access to the club lounge for a buffet lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. Spacious and quiet, whilst still remaining cozy. Pretty good vegetarian options. If you have a sweet tooth, plenty of desserts, cookies and candy bars to enjoy. Relaxation lounges packed with good nibbles if you want to snack. 3) Gym: Fancy looking spin bikes and resistance cable machines. Packed with free weights (dumbbell and barbell), adjustable benches, Technogym, weight rack, headphones for treadmills, spin bikes. Ideal for calisthenics, weightlifting and CrossFit enthusiasts. Clean and well maintained. Water, towels, energy drinks all provided as standard. Not busy. 4) Spa changing room: Steam room, Sauna, roomy lockers, princely looking toilets, huge showers and a walk in climate shower. Kitted out with male grooming products and contact lens case and solution on request. Cushy robes. 5) Massage room: Clean, heated massage bed, fully adjustable. Massage pressure obviously variable. Expect to doze off. 6) Swimming pool: High end lounge beds, didn't notice any chlorine smell or taste in the pool, nice depth (about 1.38m), wide and about 20-25m in length. Mirrored ceiling and a huge LED wall showing various ocean themed movie scenes. Great view of HK island from the edge of the pool.
  • Very nice staff and good service.
