  • There are a number of world heritage buildings in the Macau S.A.R., but there are a few things that are particularly impressive. I thought that it was especially wonderful to walk around the city Macau S.A.R. many times. This is a white three-storey choi-ya Chui Lok Chi Mansion in a colorful and quaint town. High-resolution The doors are tightly closed and cannot be entered inside. I looked around the back, but it seemed that people still live there. It was written in the table faintly [high Tokoridou]. Tourists were in the photograph in a prominent yellow building at the entrance of the [water mine Tail Street] where a sporting goods store was lined up in the Macau S.A.R..

  • The Kou Ho Neng Mansion is a preserved historic monument that represents a very good example of blended 'eastern' and 'western' architectural style that you can find in Macau. Unfortunately, it is not included the UNESCO World Heritage designation of the Historic City Centre of Macau nor is it presently open to the public for visitation. As such, you can only admire the building from the outside before moving on to see other interesting attractions in the city. Historically, the mansion was owned by Kou Ho Neng, referred to as the Pawn Shop Tycoon during the first half of the 20th century. It was also used as an opium house during its early history. From the outside, you can see the classic Portuguese architectural style, decorative building facade and building colour scheme. If you look through the gates and find the main door open, you can see the carved wood fixtures inside, representing a glimpse of 19th century Chinese architecture. You can see fine examples of similar interior architecture at the Lou Kau Mansion, found at Senado Square. The Kou Ho Neng Mansion is located on busy Rua do Campo just past the McDonalds branch. It is no more than 5 minutes walk from Senado Square. A good spot to take pictures of the mansion is from the bridge overpass, right in front of McDonalds. Then spend a few minutes viewing the building before moving on.
