    Lovely view, nice exhibition and lovely coffee. A very nice half day trip from Dili, 20 minutes by car. Or a beautiful mountain bike ride if you are more adventurous. Dare is also a good place to.....  more »

    Great view and a well maintained information centre on Aussie and Timorese troops fighting the Japanese in WWII. Used to be a cafe here but I think this might be closed - still well worth the drive up the hill to the lookout as you get to see the different climate zone and get a great view from the lookout point. The lookout is 30 seconds from the road and under cover so great if it’s raining.
