Wolves, bears, panthers, chamois, marmots, lynx, deer, squirrels, otters, and foxes live in a semi-open environment at Parc Animalier Des Pyrenees, where they are free to express their wild behavior. More than 100 species live in this 10-hectare (25-acre) natural park overlooking the Pyrénées mountain range. Children love the hands-on activities, such as feeding the marmots; there’s also a“footprints” path that teaches them to track and understand wild animals. In observation platforms at each enclosure, trainers to explain the lives of each animal and their biology, reproduction process, habits, and behavior. • A lot of animals but their space is too limited for my taste. I prefer animals on the loose. Nic peak tables outside the park

  • Very nice animal park, well marked. You can see animals from the Pyrenees, almost invisible in nature. Animals do not seem bothered by human presence. The site is well signposted and it is easy to park on site.
