  • Small gallery, with some good pictures of Brest Harbour, naval battles, etc., works by some local artists, and when I went an exhibition of recent works by an eclectic group of artists who shared little except being expats in France. Outside is a memorial at one end of the Abri Sadi Carnot, an underground shelter where 373 Brestois died in an explosion in September 1944, during the WWII German occupation.
  • This museum is small but a nice little stroll to do with family or alone.. . Some nice works in the first rooms that show the city of Brest and the surroundings once... Warm welcome. Parking right next to easy access... It does not expect to spend the afternoon it passes very quickly....
