Learn how our predecessors got "confessions" out of religious prisoners at Musee de L'Inquisition. This small museum is dedicated to the inhumane torture devices and methods used during the Holy Inquisition. The instruments on display forced unfortunate captives to convert or die. It's a good stop for people interested in religious history, forensics, or the chronology of man's inhumanity to man. • Its a place where you wonder why we as humans can do that to each other. Do any other species treat each other this way. Good to see we are a more humane set of people these days. A good eye opener.
  • Very overpriced. The medieval city is incredible, though compared, the inquisition museum is especially poor. I’m not into mannequins in bad wigs for £10. The torture museum was marginally better, however the exhibits are not original and are shoddily displayed. Meh
