Fort La Latte, Plevenon

Made from granite, Fort La Latte is an impressive castle built on the small Cap Frehel peninsula in the 13th century. The fort has two bridges that provide access, one of which is not accessible by visitors, but you can walk across the Grand pont (Grand bridge) leading directly to the front door. • Really nice 14th century castle. The entrance price is really good and there is enough to see for at least a couple of hours.
  • Nice and authentic fort with stunning view of bays around, St Malo and even Jersey. Great restoration and maintenance work!
