Pont Transbordeur - Maison du Transbordeur is one of only eight transporter bridges left in the world. A transporter bridge passes vehicles and people over water in a pod suspended from a trolley rolling under the deck. Today this engineering work of art is reserved for pedestrians and cyclists.
