Cathedrale Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul is a Roman Catholic cathedral with notable sculptures, paintings, tapestries, and especially stained glass windows covering 1,500 sq m (4920 sq ft). In the choir, the 13th century stained glass windows represent Mary, Saint John, Biblical events, and figures from the Middle Ages. In the nave, the Tree of Jesse from circa 1500, the Mystic Wine Press from 1625 by Linard Gonthier, and other works by the famous stained-glass artist from 16th century, Troyes, are on display. The 18th-century sculpted wooden stalls of the choir are from the Clairvaux Abbey, as are the famous large organs from the 18th century.   • very nice cathedral, centrally located, we couldn't stay there long because of the wedding but it looks nice from inside and outside.  more »
