Altes Rathaus, Lindau

#2 of 23 in Things to do in Lindau
Government Building · Hidden Gem · Tourist Spot
The extremely well-preserved Altes Rathaus stands on one of Lindau's most attractive and historical streets. Built in the 15th century, the building hosted an Imperial Diet in 1496 and now is home to a library and one of the finest Gothic halls in the Lake Constance region. Walk around the town hall to view it from both the front and back, as both sides are equally impressive.
