A complex of 108 temples chiseled out of marble and sandstone, Ekling Ji Temple was begun in 971. As you enter the complex, notice an elaborately pillared, double-storied hall under a pyramidal roof. Look for the four-faced icon of Shiva, made of black marble and attracting numerous Hindu devotees from all over India.     Very old beautiful temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Temple also provides offerings to many other deities.. peaceful environment! well maintained and organized. No bags allowed. Mobile phones to be switched off inside the temple.

    Old and well maintained temple. Not sure about the timing. Visitors are taken inside in small groups of 25-30people at a time. May have to wait in a line for some time. Helpful staff and a very good experience of being inside the complex of so many temples.
