Hard to describe the peaceful nature of this lovely church that is tucked between huge Basilicas and Cathedrals. The austere simplicity of the church to St Stephen truly adds to its beauty. So simple and so holy - dramatically different in looks to the other churches in Assisi - but seriously a holy place kept alive by the Holy Spirit and the number of faithful locals and pilgrims who visit.
Tiny and not much information about it inside. Better spend your time in Assisi in the other churches...
