  • The Deva of the gate form is towering above the stone steps, and there is the main hall and the Tower of the important cultural property of the Muromachi period architecture, and there is a style not inferior to a little sightseeing temple. In the vicinity, it is not popular at all though it is near from Fushimi Inari of the bustle, and it is within walking distance from Keihan Fukakusa station. It is a strange thing. The predecessor of the Treasure Pagoda Temple is considered to be a temple of paradise built by Fujiwara Motokei. The Gokurakuji temple is also in the Tale of Genji, and in the literature of the time, it is treated as an otera, which is lined with Toji, Nishi-dera, and Enryakuji temple. It seems to have been presumed that it existed from Daimon town on the north side of this Gokurakuji town to the fielder town in the Heian period when the Kyoto City ruins map is seen though there is a place of a place named Fukakusa Temple Town in the gate of the Treasure Pagoda Temple now.

  • The building of the Hihasune Temple in Kyoto, which was thoroughly burnt down by astronomical law, is not limited to the national treasure, but there are few important cultural properties of the country, but the main hall, the total gate, and the tower are designated as important cultural properties of the country. However, it seems that there is no intention to be a tourist temple, and the worship fee is not taken, and it does not advertise. If you do not go up the long stairs to the seven-sided hall, even the amulet is not sold. Although it is not a friendly temple to tourists, because there is no inconvenience in the minute to visit without permission to come without permission, please visit us after you have finished dividing it is such a temple.
