Take the easy hike up the quaint cobbled steps of Daimonzaka. The 600 m (1,968.5 ft) path leads you through a corridor of old, well-established cedar trees, all the way from the valley floor to the shrine complex above. Soak up the serene atmosphere from the peaceful trail, and witness the "husband and wife" cedars at the top of the slope, with their roots entwined. Keep your eyes peeled for the picturesque Nachi falls, visible from the top of the trail.   • lovely walk.. abit challenging as there’s lots of steps, i took the bamboo sticks available along the way which helps the ascend.. quite a magical walk up the stone steps with rows of very majestic...  more »
