  • A 3-minute walk from Sakae Station. When i visited the museum, it was the venue for the Aichi Triennale. And I realized that this event is a terrible event from everything to nothing. The cheapest ticket is the "1day Pass" (1,600 yen) that can be placed in all venues on the day of the event, and there is no price setting for viewing only a single building. In other words, no consideration has been taken against tourists. The exhibition site is divided into several floors, but there is little guidance on where the works are on display and how to get there. The works on display are categorized into contemporary art, but they are all difficult to understand, and unfortunately none of them resonate with the heart. And, a number of works were canceled because the artist protested against the exclusion of a certain work though it became news. It seems to think that it is permitted and admitted if it is an art no matter how it is the one to taunt the person and the nation for this artist (the person). I strongly felt that it would have been better to cancel such an event.

  • I went to "Aichi Triennale" which became famous for the battle of the governor and the mayor by the friend in Nagoya and the sightseeing mountain, but even if there is no "inconvenience exhibition", the minimum!! Is a word. Was there no museum official at this art festival? At least the parties involved had a "conscience", and it was a content that did not seem at all. Toyota city and Nagoya city seem to be holding cooperation, but it is already enough. 8f? Mr. Hibino's cardboard work for the children in the exhibition room was the only "salvation".

  • This is said to be an important museum to go in Nagoya. Unfortunately, it was closed for construction when we were there.
