  島根県日南町にある標高1142ｍの聖なる山。八岐大蛇伝説の地ですね。 八岐大蛇を退治したスサノオは、八岐大蛇の尾から得た天叢霊剣をアマテラスに献上するんですがこれがいわゆる三種の神器の「草薙剣」になります。 わくわくプールなる山の中のプール先から船通山の登山道が2つあり、鳥上滝コースは2.3ｋｍの渓流沿いの石畳の道、亀石コースは2.5ｋｍの渓流沿いの緩やかな道と看板に記載されてました。 体力的に...  more »

  A sacred mountain with an altitude of 1142 m in Nichinan-cho, Shimane Prefecture. It is the land of the legend of the Yaki daija. Susanoo, who got rid of the Yaki daija, donates the Tengu Spirit Sword from the tail of the Yaki Daija to Amaterasu, but this is the so-called "Kusanagi Sword" of the three sacred vessels.   八岐大蛇伝説の山で頂上は記念碑もありますし7月には山頂で祭りも行われてるそうです コースは２つ亀石コースと鳥上滝コースです 亀石はブナ林を鳥上滝は滝をみたり斐伊川の源流沿いを行くルートです 両方のルートを通りたい場合はわくわくプールに車を停めてとざんぐ地まで40分くらいかかりますので、とりあえず登山を・という方は双方の登山口に駐車場がありますのでそちらまで車が楽だと思います 亀石にはトイレ有、鳥上...  more »

  There is a monument at the top of the mountain of the legend of the Yaki daija, and the festival seems to be held at the top of the mountain in July. The course is two Kameishi course and Torigami Falls course. Kameishi is a route to see the waterfall and go along the source of the Kurei River in the beech forest.
