Mosque of the Divinity ranks among the city's greatest architectural achievements. Situated right next to the seashore amid a friendly fishing village, the 20th-century white mosque illustrates the unique stonework style of Senegalese Islam. Non-Muslims cannot get inside the sacred building, but may take pictures of its exterior and also explore the surrounding streets and markets.     The mosque is in a peculiar position, close to the beaches and a little port. I wasn't impressed, the shape is unusual, we couldn't visit inside, although we had to cover ourselves with their robes.....  more »

    Salam. Very nicr masjid just in front of the ocean. The marine air keep it cool all time.
