FONT DE LES TRES THANKS to THE ROYAL SQUARE in Barcelona. Partial view of the Font de les Tres graces, created by Antoine Durenne (1867), inspired by a design by Louis-Tullius-Joachim Visconti and installed in its current location in a project by Antoni Rovira Trias (1876). It is registered as a Cultural asset of Local Interest (BCIL). Academicism made in cast iron with stone base. It can be found in the Plaça Reial in Barcelona near Las Ramblas.
Three beautiful girls stand at the Royal square surrounded by lanterns young Gaudí. I really enjoyed this sculptural composition of artificial source with the poetic name "three graces", made by the architect Antoni Rovira-and-Triasom in 1876 year. About the year 1835 religious buildings in the city were destroyed. The Royal square of Barcelona was built just such a freed place sometime in this place there was a Capuchin monastery, which was demolished, leaving a large wasteland. Flashlights with dragons the young graduate Gaudi installed here just three years After the Graces and the area has changed, and even Palm trees around. Very nice, recommend a visit.
