Well-known for the beautiful views of its famous Promenade des Anglais waterfront, Nice is an ethnically-diverse coastal port city on the French Riviera and the fifth most populated city in France.
Kick off your visit on the 5th (Sat): tour the pleasant surroundings at Castel Plage, then wander the streets of Vieille Ville, and then get a taste of the local shopping with Avenue Jean Medecin. Keep things going the next day: wander the streets of La Croisette and then take a stroll through Rue d'Antibes.
