Destroyed over the centuries by earthquakes and hurricanes, resilient Aguadilla now serves as one of Puerto Rico's top surfing destinations.
On the 9th (Sun), stroll through Playa Rompe Olas, tour the pleasant surroundings at Survival Beach, then delve into the distant past at The Old Aguadilla Lighthouse Ruins, then stroll through Crashboat Beach, and finally visit a coastal fixture at El Faro Lighthouse. On your second day here, kick back and relax at Playa Sucia, then visit a coastal fixture at Los Morrillos Lighthouse, then steep yourself in history at Tunel de Guaniquilla, and finally kick back and relax at Buye Beach.

Getting from San Juan to Aguadilla by car takes about 2 hours. Other options: fly. In June, daily temperatures in Aguadilla can reach 87°F, while at night they dip to 75°F. On the 11th (Tue), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can drive to Arecibo.

Start off your visit on the 11th (Tue): kick back and relax at Playa Mar Chiquita. Keep things going the next day: Head underground at Parque Nacional de las Cavernas del Rio Camuy, explore the fascinating underground world of Aventura Cueva Ventana, and then enjoy the sand and surf at La Poza Del Obizpo.

Orocovis is a municipality of Puerto Rico located in the Central Mountain Range, north of Villalba and Coamo; south of Morovis and Corozal; southeast of Ciales; east of Jayuya; and west of Barranquitas. Start off your visit on the 13th (Thu): take in the dramatic scenery at Dona Juana Waterfall. On the 14th (Fri), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: examine the collection at Casa Canales, examine the collection at Museo El Cemi, then see the vivid underwater world at Coffin Island, and finally immerse yourself in nature at Toro Negro State Forest.
