Jakarta, Indonesia to Tokyo is an approximately 11-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train. The time zone difference moving from West Indonesia Time (WIB) to Japan Standard Time (JST) is 2 hours. Traveling from Jakarta in March, expect Tokyo to be much colder, temps between 17°C and 7°C.
