Basilica of the Sagrada Familia and El Barri Gòtic are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Head to La Boqueria and Galeria La Lesiafor some retail therapy. Explore Barcelona's surroundings by going to Dali-Gala Castle Museum-House (Castell de Pubol) (in Pubol), Peratallada (in Peratallada) and Colonia Guell Gaudi Crypt (in Santa Coloma de Cervello).
