Although its luxury shops, nightlife, casinos, and high-end restaurants give Cannes a feeling of exclusivity, this classic French Riviera city has alternatives to suit every budget.
Get some cultural insight at Rue d'Antibes and Le Sentier du Littoral, Cap d'Antibes. Le Suquet and Lérins Islands will appeal to history buffs. Change things up with these side-trips from Cannes: Villa & Jardins Ephrussi de Rothschild (in St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat) and Le Jardin exotique d'Eze (in Eze).
