Explore Izumo's surroundings by going to The Mizuki Shigeru Road (in Sakaiminato) and Matsue Castle (in Matsue). Miyakojima

Miyakojima
A city jurisdiction formed after the merger of several towns in 2005, Miyakojima spans six linked-up islands.
Get some cultural insight at Higashi Hennazaki Lighthouse and Uibya Mountain Site. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Yabiji and Kayaking & Canoeing.
