A beautiful and romantic city fit for any itinerary, Paris brims with historic associations and remains vastly influential in the realms of culture, art, fashion, food and design.
Your day-by-day itinerary now includes The Catacombs, Eiffel Tower and Palace of Versailles. Champs-Elysees and Arc de Triomphe are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Escape the urban bustle at Île de la Cité and Ile Saint-Louis. There's still lots to do: admire the striking features of Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, pause for some serene contemplation at Sainte-Chapelle, and admire the masterpieces at Louvre Museum.

Windsor, Canada to Paris is an approximately 20-hour flight. The time zone changes from Eastern Standard Time to Central European Time, which is usually a 6 hour difference. Expect little chillier evenings in Paris when traveling from Windsor in August, with lows around 16°C. You will have some time to spend on the 22nd (Wed) before leaving for Brussels.

Step off the beaten path and head to Les Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert and Belfry of Bruges. Your inner history buff will appreciate Grand Place and Historic Centre of Brugge. Step out of Brussels with an excursion to Arboretum Wespelaar in Haacht--about 44 minutes away. There's still lots to do: examine the collection at Musical Instruments Museum, make a trip to Atomium, browse the exhibits of Maison d'Erasme, and admire the landmark architecture of St. Michael and St. Gudula Cathedral (Cathedrale St-Michel et Ste-Gudule).

Traveling by train from Paris to Brussels takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can fly; or drive. Traveling from Paris in August, expect nights in Brussels to be about the same, around 15°C, while days are slightly colder, around 25°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 27th (Mon) so you can catch the train to London.
