Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to Hakone-machi is an approximately 7.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or do a combination of car and ferry. The time zone changes from Indochina Time (ICT) to Japan Standard Time (JST), which is usually a 2 hour difference.
