Originally a small fishing village, Portimão today serves as one of the most populated towns in the Algarve and also a favorite spot for sailing.
Your itinerary includes some good beach time at Praia Da Rocha and Praia dos Tres Irmaos. Head to Olaria Pequena and Laboratorio de Actividades Criativasfor some retail therapy. Go for a jaunt from Portimao to Albufeira to see Centro Historico de Albufeira about 36 minutes away.
