Take a break from Nagasaki with a short trip to Huis Ten Bosch in Sasebo, about 1h 15 min away. Fly from Naha to Nagasaki in 4 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of ferry and train; or do a combination of ferry and car. Traveling from Naha in June, expect Nagasaki to be little chillier, temps between 30°C and 24°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 24th (Wed) so you can catch the train to Hiroshima.
