Situated on the western edge of mainland Africa, the crowded and dynamic city of Dakar offers visitors booming shopping, dining, and entertainment scenes.
Attractions like La Maison des Esclaves and Island of Goree make great kid-friendly stops. Change things up with a short trip to Paroisse Saint Charles Borromee in Goree Island (about 56 minutes away).
