At Titanic Belfast, learn the story of the doomed ship in the city in which it was built. hear survivors' stories while seeing images of the ship sinking. Galleries cover photos of Belfast from the period of the ship's construction, scenes of the ship's 1911 launch, the aftermath of the tragedy, and the rediscovery of the wreck at the bottom of the Atlantic. Take a ride in a mini-car around a replica of the Titanic's rudder. The building itself is a striking addition to Belfast architecture. Its design recalls features of the Titanic, and a facade of 3,000 individual silver anodized aluminum shards evokes the iceberg that sank the ship. • Good museum. Kids trail was great especially the gift at the end! The exhibition is really well done and the staff really helpful. The museum has good food provision with a cafe and a restaurant. Good kids options in the pantry. Worth checking out local offers as kids went free when we went. Worth popping over to the SS Nomadic as well as this is in the ticket and an interesting part of the trip.
  • Excellent museum experience. It is a well-located building and really impressed by its architecture, I felt myself inside a huge ship, such as Titanic. All the exhibits displayed are very well explained and you can see that enough research has taken place to put it all together. I believe it could be the best Titanic Exhibition I have seen so far, including the one held in Liverpool (Maritime Museum - Albert Docks), which I consider a little poor in relation to the one this one. Loved it all!
