Discover an extensive collection of motoring memorabilia and toys from the 20th century at Cotswold Motoring Museum. The museum features a large collection of vintage and classic cars and motorcycles, campers, and original enamel motoring signs. Listen for period music as you peruse photos and items from past eras, most notably the extensive toy collection. Housed in the museum is "Brum," from the popular BBC children's television series; you can make a brass-rubbing of the car as a souvenir. The museum also displays periodically changing motoring exhibitions. Don't be fooled by the appearance: The museum is much larger than it seems from the outside. We had a fantastic visit to this small museum. There were so many items of interest packed into it. A huge bonus, we could take our dog. Well worth a visit. more »

We had a short que due to Covid but well worth the wait. The museum is small but very interesting and well organised so you don't miss any vehicles. more »

Lovely little museum, hard working volunteers keep it going, lots of vintage vehicles, motorcycles and bikes. Models and old toys in abundance, plenty for children to look at and history is preserved by the audio/video presentations. Not the first time I've visited but always seem to find something different that I hadn't seen before.

I've been to many a car museum and this one could be one of the best. It doesn't have the biggest volume, nor is it packed with the most expensive cars possible, but the collection is quite interesting with the best info placards I've ever seen. The entire place is littered with memorabilia and sundries from the industry, and each room is clearly carefully crafted in feel, decor, and media. The fact that it used to be a working auto shop probably has a lot to do with how personal it feels. Don't miss it!
