  • Really enjoyable couple of hours. A lovely walk through the woods and lots of lovely dogs around. Really nice cafe too with a good choice of food and friendly staff.  more »
  • With my son and grandchildren we walked through High Elms, the children love it for the open spaces, tree climbing, running through puddles (when it has rained of course) and then a drink and snack...  more »

  • Beautiful park set in the grounds of an old mansion which isn't there anymore but there are plenty of signs of it being there. It has an amazing history with various information posts all over the place. There's plenty of woodland to walk or jog and is great for taking the dogs for a walk. The main area is great for picnics and also offers a great little cafe. There's plenty of parking.
  • Fantastic place for a country walk. Only downside is it is popular and the free car park fills up quickly - so get there early. There is another small carpark just down the road but is further away from any facilities. Do the long walk on a nice day. Beautiful
