Me and my two little girls travelled up from Deal (a good hour and 20) for the reopening after the lockdown. The staff are fabulous & always so friendly! We are always wowed by the birds of prey... more »

Had to wait to use our husky experience vouchers that was originally booked for March til October. It was worth the wait! Had an amazing time despite the dismal weather. Plenty to hand sanitizer... more »

Good selection of birds and other animals. All are well cared for and the staff are very knowledgeable about them. Cafe popular and plenty of tables. Flying display was excellent. Would have liked to see more but limited by time - should have got there earlier. Definitely worth a visit.

Loved it. I did the Owl experience for 2. The birds were incredible and appeared to be well looked after. Informative and fun. I wish I could have stayed for the 3:30pm flying thing but had to settle for just the noon one as I didn’t realise I’d be able to stay all day and had to get back. If you get the owl experience or equivalent then book out the whole day so make the most of it!
