  DON'T WASTE YOUR LTIME HERE. I booked an appointment and they said they could fit me in in 15 minutes if i came now so I cancelled my next appointment and rushed here to have a lymphatic massage before an important blood test I have booked. I have been waiting for 40 minutes in the waiting room, no one at reception, no one answering the phone or text. I have now missed my blood test and the massage therapist has now come out of the massage room from her 'interview' and says she can't fit me in anyway despite me having an appointment and waiting so long. I am fuming I've wasted an hour now out of my day. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS UNRELIABLE PLACE . Appalling service.

  I had a back massage with Roberta. She is very friendly, welcoming and professional and she gave me the best massage. Absolutely lovely experience and the room is so clean. I will definitely go back again.
