See some of the city’s major landmarks from the iconic Millennium Bridge, built to mark the millennium and quickly nicknamed the "Wobbly Bridge" after some pedestrians felt an unexpected swaying motion days after it originally opened for foot traffic. Extensively modified to remove the wobbling, the steel suspension bridge re-opened in 2002, connecting the City of London with the Tate Gallery in Bankside. The bridge’s alignment offers a clear view of St. Paul’s Cathedral’s south façade, framed by the bridge supports. Take a walk across the River Thames in the evening hours to take photos of the New Globe Theater, Tate Modern, and St. Paul’s Cathedral, with the nighttime cityscape providing a memorable backdrop. Really beautiful pedestrian bridge whether from afar or traversing across, it’s fantastic to run over and provides the most ideal way to get to Tate Modern if travelling by tube - getting off at St.Pauls (Central Line). It can get slightly breezy at times but taking in the views from its middle is so much better with the breeze blowing through one’s hair.

Very beautiful and elagent foot bridge. Perfect for taking photos of from one end of the bridge to the other with St Paul's at the end, if the bridge is empty. If not (which it often isn't during the daytime and early nighttime, it is still a nice vantage point to take photos from if you are not able to take photos of it without obstruction. It also looks quite nice it take photos of from a slight distance when not standing on the bridge.
