  • Really charming place. Beautiful building and amazing fans - intricate, astounding designs, made from all manner of materials eg feathers, ivory, tortoiseshell; many are hundreds of years old. The Orangery where we ate is particularly beautiful. Staff are wonderful and audio guides helpful. Recommend a visit! Free to over 60s one day a week and always half price to National Trust members.
  • I went here with the London Pass. The museum itself is small but very interesting. The standout is The Orangery. Very beautiful and lovely afternoon tea. Worth visiting for that alone. Excellent scones.
