  • Their website booked my trip incorrectly then they refused to fix it and refused to give me a refund. I never want to travel with them again because I wasted $250 for nothing. I was looking so forward to a nice trip and a fun wine tour, but come to find out we don't get that and they refuse to give me a refund. Never book with them!!
  • Super fast, smooth, and fun. The staff are professional, friendly. The ride was extremely smooth. Most of the time I wouldn't have known I was on a boat. I do wish the comfort class snacks were expanded. There were sodas, a coffee/espresso machine, oranges, nuts, and chips. I would have liked to see a sandwich or something like that for the additional $50/person it costs. The ship is gorgeous, and the scenery even moreso. Highly recommended.
