Lovely small castle that has quite a history lesson inside and lots of nature lessons outside on an island where you can see upclose residents of a pond.

We lacked some research into what is actually on site of the castle. As we prefer historic displays, we were surprised the whole tour is focused on the nature of the Danube. The tour is unique though with a superb theatre "fairytaile-ish" show explaining the origin of a floodplain forrest. The more interesting thing is the castle garden where you can see local animals in their habitat and even go under the water level in a local aquarium.

Clean rooms, not so far away from bus/train station. Bed was very comfortable! Each room has TV and balcony. WLAN was slow with frequent connection losses and breakfast could be better, but I was happy for the price we paid.
