  • The zoo itself is quite small, only different types of birds and small animals inside. The highlight is of course the flamingos, they would walk around the park and you get to get super close to them....  more

  • A must see place when visiting the Bahamas. Only $20 per person to get in and hours of fun. There are so many exotic animals ranging from flamingos to peacocks to raccoons. Some of the the animals were out of cages just roaming around. You might also get the chance to hold a parrot if you ask one of the staff. Speaking of staff, they’re some of the most knowledgeable and friendly people you’ll ever meet ask them any questions you have and they’ll answer. The plants are super cool as well. Beautiful flowers and vines, some of the trees look like they are straight out of a Dr. Seuss book. Amazing water features with small bridges/walkways throughout the entire garden. There are so many paths to walk down if you don’t get lost you’re doing something wrong. There are zero bugs anywhere in the garden. And even less people, the whole time I spent walking through the garden which was about two hours I only saw maybe 3 other families. A very underrated place to visit in the Bahamas.
  • Only takes about an hour, and $20 may be a bit high to get in, but it's a nice little place, and you get up close to the animals. It's a good fun, family activity out of the sun. Restrooms and parking were easy. Gift shop has reasonable prices.
