  • Built in the 13th century, the building and its outbuildings were dedicated to the sick and needy until the eve of the revolution. In 1842 the local Reformed community acquired it and it therefore became a Protestant temple. It is still open to offices. The building is sober and beautiful. Opposite the covered market near Place de la Révolution.
  • Now occupied by the university but formerly a hospice for orphans and a few decades ago this gate steeped in history representing charity gave access to the central police station known as "Goudimel" which made one shudder those who had to go there hoping that Charity would still produce an effect there.
