Champagne Leclerc Briant, Epernay

After a few tours with a mix of big and mid-sized, this quirky Champagnery (not a word) offered a delightful behind-the-scenes tour of its unique facilities and the champagnes offered here are even more so. My wife and I treated ourselves to the upgraded tasting (four glasses) and found all to be some of the most refreshingly innovative tastes we had all week! I suppose if one were to call themselves a Champagne traditionalist, then they might find the bottles offered here to be a little outside-the-box, but I adore them and find them to be magical.

Had a wonderful visit with our guide, Marina. She was so knowledgeable and made our experience feel very special. Absolutely love their vision for the House, and its connection to the earth- with a focus on as little human intervention as possible. Will definitely return!
