    Because it makes sense to close museums on Tuesday right? That’s France for you. Anyway the Castle is nice outside. It’s also the townhall. The Jardins are pretty nice too.

    It us really worthwhile to visit this castle, the residence of France's last king before he had to leave the country for England. The château is huge but the areas open to the public are limited...

    As most touristic places in France, the French seem to forget the non-french speaking tourists. Such a lovely place, but all textual information is ONLY in french. The lack of information in e.g. English is a big downside. PS the ladies at the reception were very kind, and that is also kind of common.

    If you are into the history of glass making, this small compact museum is must to visit. From hand blown glass to early glass bottle making machines that suppled the household, wine, pharmaceutical and perfume industries across France. Fascinating experience.
