Chateau La Coste en Provence
Chateau La Coste en Provence is a modern art center opened in 2004 with the aim to be a place of wine, art, and architecture. The château's domain is covered with olive groves, wooded hilltops, and 101 hectares (249 acres) of vineyards. As you explore, you will come across a rose-hued Venetian villa that dates to 1682. The cafe offers lunch and wine among the vineyards on the edge of the water. A must-see in Provence for the lovely selection of wines, the delicious array of eateries, and, most of all, for the stunning art and architecture! Definitely off the beaten path, the raw concrete entrance and floating Louise Bourgeois sculpture set the tone for this unique, highly memorable vineyard. Then there are the restaurants: from a lovely cafe next to the gift shop all the way to the Michelin-starred restauarant, there's something for everyone. Highly recommended!

A walking architectural and art exhibit. Not some place I would normally go but I really enjoyed it! The exhibits are mostly outside and the walk is anywhere from 2-3 hours depending on what you want to see and how fast you walk. Be prepared with some water and make sure you hit the bathroom before you go. There are restaurants on the property and the service was great and the prices reasonable.
