We were privileged to visit this beautiful place today to see how olive oil is produced. I love it on bread and salads and was keen to get some good stuff when on holiday. I was not disappointed. The owner showed his premises and we watched a short video and then viewed the beautiful grounds before being treated to probably the most delicious olive oil I have tasted. It lingered long in the mouth and was not bitter. Privileged to purchase some and will not hesitate to buy more online. Merci!
Really great place, lovely grounds and really nice building. The owner takes time to talk about the business, the olive oil making process, there is a 15 Min video and a visit of the 'extraction' room and 'pigeonnier', followed by a short tasting. The products he sells are made in respect of the tradition (no cheap nasty oil there) and you will have really enjoyed something local if you take time to visit!
