Paris' only skyscraper, Montparnasse Tower rises 210 m (689 ft) into the sky. While the majority of the tower contains offices, it’s also home to a mall where you'll find gift shops and restaurants. Take the elevator to the top floor and walk up the rest of the stairs to the panoramic terrace that contains a permanent exhibition with panels that present Paris and interactive markers, plus a cafe, a gift shop, and floor-to-ceiling windows with 360-degree views of the city. This tower is not as tall as the Eiffel Tower, so you’ll view things that aren’t as easily seen from such great heights. We had an event here at the top floor. A great place to enjoy music and look at the city by night. You could visit the roof of the building and anjoy the view from all sides.

Only booked this due to the horrendous queues & expense at Eiffel Tower. So glad we did. No view of Paris would be complete without the Eiffel Tower in it and that is difficult when you are stood...

I was surprised at how easy it was to access this incredible view. I hadn’t bought a ticket ahead of time, but it took hardly any time to get into the elevator and up to the top of the building. As the only skyscraper in the area, you can see far out in all directions. At €16, this was well worth the cost.

Actually a modern skyscraper that promises a great view of the Eiffel Tower. Unfortunately, the viewing platform on the roof is completely fenced in with screens that are also pasted with coloured foil. Only narrow gaps in the panes, around which people naturally crowd, allow an unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower. Unfortunately, a beautiful and comfortable view of the tower and great pictures are not possible. That‘s not worth the entry price.
