Château Pape Clément is a Bordeaux wine from the Pessac-Léognan appellation, ranked among the Crus Classés for red wine in the Classification of Graves wine of 1959. It is the oldest wine estate in Bordeaux, harvesting its 700th vintage in 2006. The winery and vineyards are located in the commune of Pessac, south-west of the city of Bordeaux. When the estate was omitted from the initial Graves classification of 1953 it caused some controversy.

  • Beautiful visit of the property, a wine I've drank for quite some time. My wife and I finally visiting it in person was an excellent experience.

  • The customer service of the entire team was extremely friendly, professional and personalized. We have spent 3 days at the Chateau and enjoyed every moment of it! We didn't stay in a suite, but our room was spacious and luxurious. The room service prices are very reasonable, driving distance from the Chateau to Bordeaux is about 30 min, so I definitely recommend to have a car if you are staying at the Chateau. We are very happy with our stay there!
  • We unfortunately managed to book the French tour by mistake when we don’t speak any French. But the guide was very nice and made sure to summarize everything for us in English so we didn’t miss out on anything. The 20 euros spent were well worth it. We would have payed more than that for the experience we got. After finishing the tour we were able to buy a bottle of wine and some snacks to enjoy on the property which was the pinnacle of the day. The property is gorgeous!
