Parlement de Bretagne is the living symbol of parliament in Brittany and Rennes. After severe fire damage in 1994, parliament restored the building. Look on the ceiling in the Court of Appeals for a renowned painting, "The Triumph of Justice." Since 1655, parliamentary representatives sat at this location, but now the cultural association organizes cultural activities of parliament there. Not a huge building to tour. Accessible with licensed tour guides only. Was stinky due to pigeons.
