This is a perfect place for a day trip or maybe 2 days of skiing. It's small, so there's not a lot of variety. On the other hand the trails aren't like super-highways, so you have a sense of a more "natural" experience like skiing in the wild a bit. No complaints about grooming at all. The trails offer enough challenge for experts. But others are very family friendly. It's a great place if you're teaching little kids or if you're a family with varying levels of proficiency. Lift tickets and equipment rental are very reasonable IMO. Of course, this is compared to the US, where it's very pricey. The equipment is good, and you can even rent outer clothing. The countryside and views are wonderful!

Been there during winter, searching for a place to learn to ski, to play with children and relax. Found snow...a lot (in winter take chains with you)...found not so expensive equipment (ski) and runways for everybody...and even a place to play with children (brought my own slay)...beautiful landscape...
