Housed in an entirely brick building built in the 13th century, Church of Les Jacobins has a massive, even austere exterior that contrasts with its extraordinarily light-filled interior. Inside the palm, 22 ribs support the choir of this Southern Gothic church. The cloister, sanctuary, chapter house, and chapel contain original relics of St. Thomas Aquinas, in all their restored glory. The cloister hosts cultural events such as festivals and concerts, and you’ll find temporary exhibitions in the former convent refectory. I'm not sure how much I can add to other reviews other than to endorse that what they say is true. This is an immense and incredibly beautiful building and certainly worth the trip if you're in...

This is a great former church that has had many uses over the years. Don't just visit the church and then not pay to visit the cloisters. For me the cloisters are a must see and well worth the money.

A deeply moving experience. After reading much of the writings of Saint Thomas Aquinas, I was delighted to see his reliquary in the main altar of the church. The apse of the church is a glorious rainbow of colors bathing the main altar. Be sure to visit the cloister adjoining the church. A very beautiful and peaceful setting. You can imagine the monks walking through in deep contemplation.

Beautiful convent rich in history, there was a very interesting exhibition. We were surprised to see a restaurant in one side of the cloister. I’m sure there was a reason for this but it’s a pity, it breaks the whole atmosphere.
